Takes two to tango,
Takes two to tangle.
Too many are takers,
Too many are makers.
Our lives are not ours
They’ve taken our hours.
Our time is their wealth
At expense of our health.
They even poison our air
To make a buck, so unfair.
Their lives are only taking
And ours are only giving.
We’re giving our life,
Fortune hunters are rife
In every country on earth
There is wealth and dearth.
The two will never meet
While takers walk the street.
What hope is there of unity?
They can afford affinity!
First must come mindfulness
Then, obversely, kind-fullness.
Takers take note:
Learn this by rote!
