We often speak about well-being and being happy and it occurs that there may be a subtle difference between the two, but surely they are closely connected?
We were reminded recently when considering security that if we had stuff worth taking in the house then we were perhaps inviting someone to take what they wanted and the remark was made ,’well let them take it’.

This was all following on the recall of the time when I was robbed, back in the UK, by a couple of amateur local lads who found a brick in the garden, smashed a hole through the glass pane where there was already a cat flap, crawled through and stole what little jewellery I had inherited when Mum passed away. The only value being sentimental!

I have often wondered whether that living alone my feelings of vulnerability had been picked up on the airwaves by the bored lads with no jobs and just wanted some pocket money, or maybe more they imagined, but they were out of luck on two counts as they left fingerprints that the police already had on file from other local robberies.

It is only since then that I have learned about the way we influence our lives by our beliefs, feelings and the signals that we send out as unique vibrations to the Universe that responds by providing as near as possible to what it seems we want. In my case at the time it looked from my fear as if I wanted to be robbed!

‘Life is ‘ard!’ as many a comedian has remarked and there was never a time, so it seems, that we should be more careful of our thoughts. Since we are the co-creators and create with our thoughts which shape our beliefs through feelings and reactions to life’s challenges that are presented to us to cope with, and as it is said, ‘Face it because it’s not the challenge it’s how we cope with it that counts!’

Wherever we find ourselves, for me the quiet suburbs of Sussex in England or the wilds of Spain and the projection of returning, but this time to Devon again in England, it may be difficult to comprehend, but it would be the same condition of mind if it were in Iraq, Iran or Syria.

Though I have to say that it demands a strong mind to be focused on total Well-being in all situations, and I know only too well that there have been moments not to say periods when reactive depression, panic attacks and physical symptoms of stress have manifested to impress upon me the need for control of the consciousness and these reminders have occurred from a very early age!

When you get to the stage of working in every waking moment with the feelings of Well-being and working only on those feeling and not letting any contrary feelings enter your mind, as Abraham says, ‘it is impossible for you ever to rendezvous with anything other than Well-being.’

In that enviable state of mind, whether in rural Sussex or the centre of a Middle East war zone can it be said that you would feel happy? It appears that vulnerability plays a most important role in setting the state of mind. It begs the question: Does anyone living there feel greater freedom now than before the time of Saddam Hussein in Iraq?

We have to ask whether Syria would be worse off with or without Assad and as time goes on the number of agencies at work in Syria makes you wonder who exactly is to blame for all the destruction and loss of life when we know of others causing havoc throughout the world for the sheer hell of hoping for world domination under the guise of a strict interpretation of Sharia Law, denying education in case they are found out!

It does not matter whether you are living in a country where there are some frequent terrorist attacks, or in a country where there are random acts of violence. It does not matter what the culture is — it is only the feeling of vulnerability that ever puts you into a vibrational harmony with that which you fear. When you realize that by working to achieve your feeling of Well-being, it is then impossible for you to ever rendezvous with anything other than Well-being — that is the only place that freedom will ever be.

Hard words to accept from Abraham maybe, but worthy of consideration when we know that our energies and vibrations have such a creative effect on the world around us! But with all the programs made projecting the images of evil aliens they pale into insignificance when you consider the same mentalities of entities that are already at work here on planet Earth in human form.

I say again that I do not believe in an evil alien being, only in the twisted human minds that believe in their own superiority and passport to world control at the expense of everything and everyone else.

Let us resolve to turn the switch to off on these scare mongers and concentrate on the happiness that is our quest and our destiny knowing that all outside agencies that may visit this beautiful blue planet for its beauty’s sake and for the well-being of its inhabitants are beneficent beings who are only concerned at the way we treat this jewel and our divine selves in the process.
