WELL-BEING

My recent studies into healing have revealed the truth that we are what we believe, at the deepest level of our being. Our beliefs have been set, almost in stone it appears, since the moment of our birth, firstly by those who care for us instilling their ideas and beliefs into our fertile consciousness.

Then the environment in which we grow, national and cultural superstitions and peer pressures only serve in most cases to confirm those beliefs which may not be for our well being. Quite the opposite in fact.

Our belief in dis-ease and death for instance, matched only by the ideas of the medical profession, our ideas about inherited conditions of mind and body serve only to put up barriers to our natural state of wellness. And our refusal at the most basic level to accept that we receive information on other levels than from the five senses preconditions the mind to rule out any and all other senses and avenues of data that could, and should, add to our natural state of vibrant health.

Abraham, received this morning, puts it like this:
In your world today there are countless action remedies, medicines, surgeries, and exercises offered, but there are not enough actions in the world to compensate for Vibrational resistance.

Our daily meditations will provide a basis, or nucleus, for physical improvement; and it will also enhance any other treatments and remedies that you may already be involved in. Since every disease or unwanted condition exists because
Well-Being is being dis-allowed, then, in the absence of that dis-allowance, Well-Being will return.

It is a common thing for people to begin to lean in the direction of recovery, only to stop and take score too soon. And when they still find unwanted symptoms or conditions, they then offer resistant thought and lose the improved ground they have gained. With consistent releasing of resistance, all unwanted conditions will subside, returning you to your natural state of Well-Being.
